ReelsOn Casino

ReelsOn Casino Review

ReelsOn Casino is a Tobique-licensed online casino from Novatrix SRL that accepts Australian players, holds AUD balances and pays out from A$30. Sign up if you want weekly free spins and a VIP ladder that raises your withdrawal limits, and skip it if NetEnt or Microgaming pokies are a must, because both are blocked for Australian accounts.

The welcome offer reaches A$7,500 plus 200 free spins over 3 deposits, and weekly promotions run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday next to a daily crypto bonus. Regular players can withdraw A$3,000 a day, while the 5 VIP levels lift that to as much as A$75,000.

We pulled every limit, code and percentage below from ReelsOn's terms and conditions, bonus policy, promotions page and VIP page in October 2026.

Bonuses

The ReelsOn welcome package is up to A$7,500 plus 200 free spins over 3 deposits if you open with the High Roller offer, or A$4,500 plus 185 spins on the standard route. Choose the High Roller first-deposit bonus if you plan to put in A$300 or more, because it lifts the match to 125% up to A$4,500.

The first-deposit spins arrive in 2 batches, 55 straight away and 55 the next day, at A$0.30 a spin. Australia sits outside the bonus exclusion list, which covers Sweden and Finland.

The 4 wagering rules to follow at ReelsOn are:

1. Clear 40x on the deposit bonus and free-spin winnings within 5 days.
2. Keep every bet at A$7.50 or less while the bonus is active.
3. Play video pokies, which count 100%, rather than classic slots, table games or video poker at 5%.
4. Avoid instant games, which add nothing to the wagering total.

Weekly Reloads

ReelsOn runs 3 weekly reloads on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, plus a crypto bonus you can claim once a day. Deposit on a Friday if free spins are what you're after, because the WILD code pays up to 150 spins on Wild Cash.

The weekly reloads and the crypto bonus run on a 3-day clock, shorter than the 5 days the welcome offers allow.

Casino Games

ReelsOn Casino offers pokies, jackpot games, bonus-buy titles, fast games, coin games and a live casino, with Pragmatic Play and BGaming among its studios. Check your favourite studio before you deposit if you play NetEnt, Microgaming or Amatic titles, because ReelsOn's terms block all 3 for players in Australia.

Pokies

The ReelsOn pokies lobby is split into tabs for Top Games, High RTP, Bonus Friendly, Bonus Buy, Jackpot Games, New Games and Fast Games, with a provider filter on top. Open the High RTP tab if long-run return matters most to you, because ReelsOn groups its higher-RTP pokies there.

Welcome and reload spins land on Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus Super Scatter and on BGaming titles such as Bonanza Billion, Wild Cash x9990, Burning Chilli X and Lady Wolf Moon. Last winners and Top winners filters sit next to the provider filter.

Live Dealer Games

The ReelsOn live casino is a separate section of the site, and live games earn 10% towards bonus wagering. Play live tables with cash rather than bonus money if you're mid-wagering, because each A$10 bet there clears only A$1 of the requirement.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ReelsOn accepts deposits from A$30 by Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets and 10 cryptocurrencies, and pays withdrawals from A$30 with caps of A$3,000 a day, A$7,500 a week and A$30,000 a month. Fund your account with crypto if you want the daily reload, because the CRYPTO code adds 10% or 25% to a crypto deposit once every day.

The site shows Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton and Bitcoin, and the terms list Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, USDT, XRP, BNB, Cardano and TRON as accepted coins. ReelsOn doesn't swap between crypto and fiat, and it prices crypto withdrawals at the Coinbase Converter rate on the day you ask.

Winnings sent to a card travel by Visa OCT or Mastercard's Payment Transfer service, and only personal cards from supported countries qualify. ReelsOn settles AUD payouts at its own processing rate, so a withdrawal can differ slightly from the requested amount, and the exact maximum for each method shows on the withdrawal screen.

Withdrawal Time

ReelsOn aims to process withdrawals within 72 hours of approval, and it pays bank transfers within 3 business days. Finish your KYC before you cash out if you want that 72-hour clock to start right away, because requests stay pending until every verification step is done.

Large balances leave in stages under the weekly cap, so an A$15,000 win takes at least 2 rolling weeks to reach you in full. Progressive jackpot wins skip the limits and pay out in one go, and VIP levels raise the daily ceiling to between A$7,500 and A$75,000.

VIP Program

The ReelsOn VIP programme has 5 levels, from Prestige Spinner to ReelsOn Legend, with daily cashback, a dedicated VIP manager and daily withdrawal limits from A$7,500 to A$75,000. Ask about VIP status if you regularly hit the A$3,000 daily cap, because the first level alone lifts the limit to A$7,500 a day.

The first 4 levels share VIP tournaments and lotteries, weekly deposit bonuses, a birthday present with 5x wagering, faster withdrawals and offline events, and every level gets 24/7 VIP support by chat and phone. ReelsOn Legend swaps in exclusive tournaments, a personal weekly no-deposit bonus, an individual birthday present and priority on withdrawals.

VIP-branded spin offers run every Tuesday (code HIGH, 50 to 100 high-bet spins for A$150 to A$600, 20x), Wednesday and Thursday (code MIDWEEK, 40 or 70 spins on Lady Wolf Moon, 30x) and from Friday to Sunday (code WEEKEND, 50 spins on Bonanza Billion for A$225, 30x). The maximum bet on these offers is A$15.

Loyalty Cashback

ReelsOn's loyalty programme pays up to 12.5% cashback across 3 statuses, Entry, Rise and Glory, with cashback wagering of 5x, 3x and 1x. Aim for Glory status if you lean on cashback, because a 1x requirement turns the refund into withdrawable cash after a single play-through.

Points build at 1 per A$15 staked on pokies and 1 per A$150 on live games. Cashback needs activating and wagering within 3 days, the maximum bet drops to A$3 while it's active, and players have 30 days to ask support for any status reward that doesn't arrive.

Account Verification

ReelsOn keeps every withdrawal pending until your KYC checks are complete, and it can add a phone call to the document review. Reply to the casino within 28 days if it contacts you after a withdrawal request, because ReelsOn locks the account and cancels the payout once that window closes.

Expect to upload a passport or driver's licence, a recent bank statement or utility bill showing your address, and a photo of your card (front and back) or a screenshot of the e-wallet you pay with. Documents need to be in Latin or Cyrillic script, and real-money play is limited to adults aged 18 and over.

Is ReelsOn Casino Legit & Safe?

ReelsOn Casino is a Tobique-licensed offshore site: licence No. 0000002 covers Novatrix SRL, the Costa Rica company (registration 3-102-893958) that owns and runs it. Take a dispute to EGIS at [email protected] if support can't resolve it, since EGIS is the alternative dispute service that works under the Tobique regulator.

Only the account holder can file a complaint, and ReelsOn's server logs are final when a game result is disputed. The terms charge A$30 a month on accounts left without a login or a bet for 12 months, so log in once a year if you keep a balance there.

The site links to Gambling Therapy, GamCare and GamAnon from its footer. Australia's BetStop register doesn't extend to offshore operators like ReelsOn, and Gambling Help Online answers on 1800 858 858 around the clock at no cost.

Customer Support

ReelsOn support runs through a help centre and contact page, with email at [email protected] for deposits, withdrawals and refunds. Write to that address for anything involving money if you want a written trail, because the terms route deposit, withdrawal and refund questions there.

VIP members get 24/7 support by chat and phone plus a dedicated manager, and the site runs in English and German.
